1. Refund Eligibility

At AI4PROX, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Request made within 24 hours of purchase
• Less than 15% of the course content has been accessed
• No course certificates have been downloaded
• Valid reason provided for the refund request

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• More than 24 hours have passed since purchase
• More than 15% of course content has been accessed
• Course completion certificate has been issued
• Promotional or discounted purchases (unless required by law)
• Violation of our Terms of Use

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

2. Include your order number and registered email
3. Provide a brief explanation for your refund request
4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Course Cancellation by AI4PROX

In the rare event that we need to cancel a course, you will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days. We will notify you via email about the cancellation and refund process.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, please contact our support team immediately at support@ai4prox.in. We will work to resolve the issue before considering a refund.

7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not offered. Refunds, when approved, will be for the full course amount minus any applicable payment processing fees.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a refund decision, please contact us at support@ai4prox.in. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
